Managing a health school was challenging because we had no experience in administration. We did not have a strategic plan, nor a solid understanding of quality assurance systems. Since SFE began working alongside us, these systems have been successfully implemented. Today, our school is officially recognised by both the Ministry of Education and the Ministry of Health.
